Yukihrio Takahashi's lp euromantic is certainly a worthwhile listen. guitars by Roxy Musics's Phil Manzanera, opening track 'Glass' is quick highlight and 'Grand Espoir' follows on nicely, 'Connection' and 'New (Red) Roses' are great tracks. perfect little synth pop gems. with nice guitar. 'Drip Dry Eyes' is good too. all in all its a solid album with great tracks, great drumming great singing. good music, great synth sounds and guitar sounds. 8/10
Yellow Magic Orchestra's album Solid State Survivor is a little gem. it features highlights including 'Rydeen' and 'Technopolis' and a cover of the Beatles song Day tripper which i think is actually better than the original track. all in all its quick little number of high paced songs and great musicianship. 8/10
